Five Mile Cut

Five Mile Cut is a Charted channel at the southern end of Atkinson Island.
It is a good alternate to North boater cut should the winds force you that way.
It is the shortest way between HYC and Trinity Bay destinations.
It is near Marker HSC 75.  Three floating Markers 2,4 and 6
Headed East a Tall Pole "BW Bn" on the chart lines up with Channel center.
There is a Rig on the north side of the channel
Headed West the Channel center Lines up with a City of Pasadena
Water Tower which is to the left of the Bayport Cranes.
